The location is awesome with easy access to the highway. The pool area was relaxing and the fitness center was well-equipped. I loved the comfy beds that made for a great night's sleep.

We stayed for a night. The room was cozy and had awesome AC! The shower pressure was on point too. But man, the front desk lady was really rude, like downright mean. The breakfast at the restaurant was delish! Overall, just the service wasn’t up to par.

i stayed here for one night and really appreciated how close spring lake park was, making it easy to enjoy a refreshing walk in nature. The bustling convention center was just a short stroll away, giving me quick access to events. it’s clear that this hotel understands what weekend travelers like me seek, though i wish the noise from ongoing renovations had been less intrusive during my stay.

Had a great room, spacious and clean, even the kids were pleased. The staff treated us like family, took care of my little ones and brought them coloring pages right away. Truly felt welcomed, nothing was too much trouble for them.

During my stay, I was thrilled by how close I was to the Phillip McDougal Trail, just under 2 km away, perfect for a leisurely stroll, and the welcoming atmosphere really made me feel at home, especially with the friendly service from Maggie who helped sort out my rewards quickly.
